Dr.Shirish Ghan the BEST ENT surgeon I met..! Dr.Shirish did sailendoscopy as I was having stone in my submandibular gland. I had visited many doctors but he was the only one who guaranteed me for removal of the stone. As it was my first surgery I was tensed a bit but because of his presence and motivation kept me tension free and my surgery was successful only because of him and his excellency. The treatment he gave me before and after the surgery was really affectionate. I am really grateful for meeting such amazing and down to earth surgeon. The maintenance of the hospital was also up to the mark with proper hygiene.

Dr shirish ghan is one of the best ENT specialist i found. In my case there was salivary stone in my submandibular gland . Many doctors fail to diagnose these cases and even if they get it right they try to surgically remove the salivary gland but, I met Dr ghan who is excellent in preserving the gland by endoscopy.If someone has the same problem as me should definitely meet him. Dr ghan is very down to earth person. He is also cooperative in nature .

Literally changed my opinion about doctors of today’s generation.I was diagnosed with a 12mm size salivary gland stone in my right submandibular gland. Tried homeopathy for a year but it didn’t work out. Started looking for sialendoscopy options in June 2021 and came across Dr. Shirish Ghan’s profile and his reviews. The reviews were quite enough to build the trust in this surgery. Meeting the doctor gave us a surge of confidence to go for it as he made sure we were on the same page as him and comfortable. We were fortunate that we reached Dr.Shirish Ghan at the right time. In the first appointment Dr. Shirish built the trust and confidence for sialendoscopy. His clinic in Nashik is fully equipped. On the day of surgery he explained every bit and piece. This made my mother and us relaxed. The surgery was successful . Hi I am from pune.My father had stone in gland which was suggested to be removed by surgery by doctors in pune. I had 2.1 cm stone in my left Salivary gland. First time I went through Sialendoscopy in Bangalore in 2020 January, but somehow the stone was not removed..Finally I underwent a second sialendoscopy as suggested by Dr Shirish Ghan in Nashik and the stone was successfully removed. I have no pain, no complications now. A big thank you to Dr.Ghan! He is a expert doctor in field and even better human being.

Dr. Shrish removed stones in my submandibular gland 1 month before my marriage. Many other doctors suggested an external surgery which would have an 1.5-2 inch scar near the chin. External surgery meant removal of the gland and also had a danger of affecting a nerve which is responsible for facial expressions. Dr. Shrish came as a blessing in my life. He not only saved me from a scar but also saved a gland. Within 2 weeks of the operation I was as good as noting had happened. He's a person who is down to earth and his stature touches the sky. Dr. Shirish is a unique personality, godly figure I would say. A serious operation followed by IVRs and useless heavy antibiotics as submandibular gland stone resurfaced after 6 months of initial operation. I was experiencing inexplicable pain and hunger as you can’t eat/drink (even water) with stone and infection plus the covid fear, when I got to know of Dr. Shirish few days back. Had one conversation over the phone with him, changed my prescription as per his suggestion and I was eating chapati the next day, after 5 days. He charged me nothing & we’ve never even met.

First of all, I would like to mention that I am writing this review based on a doctor-patient experience. I am not related to Dr. Shirish Ghan in any way.My mother had a huge stone (almost 2.1cm/21mm) in her left submandibular gland. It came to our notice in the year 2016-2017. Initially (when the stone size was 6mm) the local doctors in our area were mostly concerned if its a tumor and gave us lots of tests to do. Luckily, all the test reports turned out to be negative and the doctors suggested to leave it as it is. After 6 months, during general health check-up, we found that the size of stone gradually increased (almost 12-15 mm). This is when we reached out to top hospitals in Bangalore for sialendescopic treatment. Most of the hospitals in Bangalore dealt with complete surgery where they would take out the gland from your body. Therefore, we wanted to avoid this procedure and were looking for an alternative. My mother underwent this sialendoscopic procedure in one of top hospitals in Bangalore (Not good to mention the name) where unfortunately the stone could not be removed, instead my mother had to undergo all the post surgery complications and pain.
Lately in Dec-2020, we came to know about Dr.Shirish Ghan, who is a well known ENT doctor in Nashik, Maharashtra. We reached out to him and explained him about all the medical history that we had. The doctor gave us all the necessary tests and looking at the results he mentioned to go through the sialendescopic procedure for the stone removal. Initially we had lots of questions asked to him (As we had done this already once). But everytime, we found the doctor to be very confident. The fear we had that there are lots of doctors who would show confidence but somtimes it turns out to be different at the end and disheartening (Not always though). But I must say, we took this step based on the doctors confidence and the extensive knowledge that he has to offer on this topic. You can also see doctor's video on Youtube about his experience.
My mother's huge stone is finally removed and I really thank Dr. Shirish Ghan a lot who could successfully achieve this. He is a very good human being as well. As i stay away from my mother (settled abroad), the doctor left no stone unturned to support my mother. The staff is also very good and co-operative.
