Trekking

• More than 250 treks in the Sahyadri, Satpuda and Saatmaal ranges, high altitude treks in the Himalayas in Leh, Ladakh, Lahaul Spiti, Nepal, Sikkim, Uttarakhand.
• Solo supported climb of the Pangarchulla peak (15,390ft above msl) near Kuaripass, Uttarakhand.
• Climbed the Stok kangri peak in ladakh (20, 186 ft above msl) 7 sept 2013 and was the team doctor for the expedition.
• Winter Chadar trek on the frozen Rumbuk river in Leh Jan 2015.
• Roopkund trek (15,700 ft above msl) Jun 2016.
• Rupin pass trek ( 15,000 ft above msl) Sep 2017.
• Mount Kenya climb (16,200 ft above msl) Apr 2019.
• Chandrakhani pass (11,800 ft above msl) May 2019.
• Bhrigu lake trek (14,000 ft above msl) Jun 2022.
